Who We Are

Omalsons Corporation was established in 1972 by the late Mr Mohammad Yaqoob, a licensed clearing and forwarding agent who had already been working in the profession since 1962. Since 2003 the business has been led by Mohammad Sohail Yaqoob, who holds an MBA in Finance and runs it to this day. In 2026 the third generation joined the firm when Mohammad Umer Sohail, an LLB graduate, came in as Head of Department.
Our experience in handling the clearance of merchandise, machinery, chemicals, raw materials and plastics has always been appreciated by our clients. We are fully conversant with Customs law, rules and regulations, and with classification under the Customs Tariff, nomenclature, and import control regulations.
We deal with every matter relating to the clearance of a consignment, or whatever else our clients entrust to us. Where a claim is warranted we prefer it and follow it through, and we give the same attention to draft representations, appeals and revision petitions on behalf of our valued customers.
To keep matters simple for our clients and associates we offer a one window service. From the arrival of your shipment through to customs clearance, we follow and fully file every legal requirement on your behalf.
